About Vaswani Exquisite
Vaswani Exquisite is a luxury apartment project, next to The Zuri Whitefield (hotel). The project will be a high-rise and is proposed to have G+24 floors and provide good view of the Hoody Lake. The location is strategic given its proximity to ITPL, Export Promotion Industrial Park (EPIP) zone and Phoenix Market City, a large shopping mall on ITPL Main Road. The unit sizes in the project range from 1820 sq. ft to 2850 sq. ft consisting of 3BHK and 4BHK units.
Note: The project is in initial launch stage, hence the specifications and project plans could change in future. Plan sanction has received by the builder for G+16 floors. The clearance for upper floors is expected soon.

The project is close to Zuri Hotel and within 3 kms from ITPL and major office developments such as Brigade Tech Park, Salarpuria GR Tech Park. Companies such as Tata Elxsi, TCS, Sapient, Societe Generale, CapGemini, etc. are located near ITPL Main Road, which makes the project location closer to workplaces. The proposed phase 2 of the metro which is expected to get operational around 2019-2020 will enhance the connectivity from Whitefield to other parts of Bangalore.

- Demand analysis: The demand will be good due to its proximity to several IT Parks like ITPL and Brigade Tech Park. However, the number of apartment project launches and unsold supply is also high in this region.
- Amenities: The project is proposed to have high-end amenities including indoor multipurpose community hall, flood-lit tennis court, jogging & bicycle track, landscaped gardens, floral walkways and water bodies.
- Best towers and best units: Those looking for 4-BHK units will have to choose units which are close to the lake. However, these units could be a bit far from the main gate.
- Project specifications review: The units are expected to have imported marble floorings for living and dining areas, while bedrooms will have wooden flooring. Other fixtures are expected to meet the standards of a luxury apartment

- Payment schedule:
- Booking Amount: 10% of the Agreement value
- By Jan 15, 2015 (within 60 days of book): 25% of Agreement Value less Booking Amount
- Remaining Balance: 75% as per construction schedule
- Floor Rise: Non PLC units – Rs.25 per sq. ft. per floor (from 4th floor onwards)
- PLC units – Tower A units 3 & 4 - 500 /sft. (Lake & Pool facing)
- Tower B unit 2 - 250/sft. (Pool)
- Tower C units 3 & 4 - 250/sft. (Pool)
- Tower D – units 3,4 - 250/sft. (Pool) and units 5 & 6 - 500/sft. (Lake facing)
- Car Park: Rs.3,00,000
- Club Membership Fee: Rs.1,50,000
