About The ICON
The ICON is a luxury project by G: Corp, located at Thanisandra, North Bangalore. The ICON is spread across 21 acres of land and will comprise of 11 towers and 5 clusters, which will offer 1140 apartment units.The ICON features 3BHK, 4BHK units ranging from 1795 to 3097 sqft. and Penthouses of size 3602 sqft.
The ICON is planned to be developed in three phases – Phase 1 has been ready for possession and a lot of units have been occupied, Phase 2 is scheduled for possession by August 2017, and the proposed Phase 3 will be completed by end of 2018.
The project is designed by Arcop International, the leading architects from Canada. The project is a joint venture with Shri M.R.Seetharam (former M.L.A of Karnataka).
