The project is located on a contiguous, rectangular shaped, 3 acre plot. The residential development has been divided into 4 blocks - A to D, aligned parallel to each other from East to West. In total, there will be 60 dwelling units per floor across all towers. The apartment layout is congested with towers being placed in close proximity to each other, without a considerable gap, being less than 10 meters from each other. Units that are placed in the middle, and which are centre facing, will be covered from all 4 sides, thus not only hindering the air circulation and limiting the availability of sunlight, but also give a claustrophobic aura. The developer has tried to fit in an extra unit at the South end of every tower by making a continuous row of units by taking up the gap between towers. Residents of these units will have at least one wall sharing with other units, thus partially undermining privacy.
Overall, the east facing units of Block A, and West facing units of Block D are the best units overall. The badminton court and the children's play area are located at the North end of the project, in front of Block C while the swimming pool is placed infront of Block B. These amenities are located at a considerable distance away from residents living in the South end of the project.
Overall, given the size of the project, the size of amenities will be less than moderate and buyer needs to be appraised before making a decision.
The entrance for the basement is located at the centre, between blocks B and C, making it easily accessible for residents of all blocks.
