Layout Analysis: The project is being developed on a 1 acre contiguous land parcel, which is stretched parallel to Balagere Road. The residential development has been divided into 5 blocks of which one block- block E, positioned in the East end of the project, will be developed in phase 2 which is yet to be launched. Block A will consist of 4- 2BHK units per floor, Block B will consist of 4-3BHK units and 1-2 BHK unit per floor, Block C will consist of 1-3BHK and 4-2BHKs, Block D will consist of 1-3BHK and 3-2BHK units per floor and Block E will have 3-2BHK units per floor. The blocks are aligned horizontally one after the other so that each block is open from at least 2 sides. Units facing South, will also enjoy the view of the green open space opposite Balagere Road as of now, as there is no construction as present. However, it might change in the future.
The units of the project at spanned out horizontally from west to east, resulting in most of the inner units being devoid of sunlight. Per floor, all units in Block C, and type 3 unit on Block A, have limited open view, being open on just one side.
