- On Booking: Rs. 2,00,000 for 1BHK, Rs.3,00,000 for 2 BHK, Rs.4,00,000 for 2.5BHK, Rs. 5,00,000 for 3 BHK, Rs. 7,50,000 for 4 BHK units and Rs.10,00,000 for villas.
- 20% of total sale value : Within 30 days of booking (less booking Amount)
- Balance 79.80% payments : In 23 installments (3.47% of total sale value paid in every alternative months starting from 7-Jun-14 to 7-Feb-18).
- On Possession: 0.20% of total sale value
- Car Parking Charges: Rs.300,000/‐
- Floor rise Charges: Rs 15/- per sqft per floor
- BESCOM/BWSSB Charges: Rs. 120/- per sqft.
- Adv. Maintenance Charges: Rs.45/- per sqft
- Sinking Fund: Rs.45/- per sqft.
All the additional charges towards Generator charges, Khatha & Assessment Charges legal, VAT & service tax etc are payable as applicable.
Note: The project has approximately 37 units per acre, which indicates less density of units and more space inside the project.
The project has a Time based payment. All payments for the project will be completed by 2018.
