Given the small size of the land, and just 4 storeys in the building plan, the developer has covered very less open area in the project, with less than 10 mtr wide central open area, and the surrounding around 3 mtr area being used for vehicular movement.
There is just one monolithic block being constructed, with 24 units per floor. While the east and west facing units will receive sunlight, most of the other units will be mostly devoid of it. Due to a lack of proper central area and it being just a single tower, the air-circulation will also be hindered.
