Layout Analysis: The project is located on a contiguous 0.74 acre land parcel near Gunjur-Palya Road. A single tower is being constructed that will consist of 11 units per floor. 2 units will be facing the North side, 4 facing East, 2 facing South and the remaining 3 facing West. As of now, the 2 units in the South will be able to enjoy the view of the open green area located behind the project. However, as the plots behind the project develop in future, the scenery will take a change. The layout is designed in such a way that each unit has an exclusive and private feel. However, except the corner units, all the other units are facing the open on only one side, significantly reducing the air circulation of the units. However, as all the units have either east or west side facings as open, sunlight will be sufficient. A small garden has been made at the heart of the project, ensuring all residents have a view and ease of access to it. However, the central area of the project is not square shaped, but is conical, and hardly leaves any central space between the opposing units in the project.
