The project is being constructed on a small 1.1.75 acres of land on Whitefield Main road, and has a 50 mtr frontage on it. As per the masteplan, the project will have one entry/exit on it.
The project consists of a single tower with 13 units on each floor and each tower is designated into the northern and southern block with both having 7 and 6 units per floor.
Due to the alignment of the project spanning from north to south, all the apartments will have either east or west facing walls, receiving ample sunlight.
The project is very compactly designed and there is no central area in the project and except the corner units, all other units have just one side opening outwards. Due to units being designed very close to each other, privacy will be affected.
